"I did an online quote which took about 5 minutes or less and after choosing Dayna as my rep, she called me in less than 5 minutes after i submitted my quote estimate. She had all my info and helped me get Auto and Renters insurance (great price may I add) in no time. The process was simple, she answered every question and explained anything I didn’t understand. She was great and knowledgeable and I am glad to have insurance with this team. I definitely feel like I can call whenever I have a question or inquiry and get straight to the team opposed to other Insurance companies you have to play phone tag"

"I have had the absolute worst experience with this company and when I complained I was told that I am free to take my business elsewhere. In the first incident, I purchase a new home and for months I did not have any coverage on my home. Dayna Smith told me that her employee forgot to hit the submit button. After this I accepted her apology and kept my coverage with them. The second incident, I asked to her to update my coverage and did not realize until 5 months later that the request was never processed. Please save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere."
